Coach Ouren joined the coaching staff in 2006-2007 as a student assistant. Upon graduation, he was hired as an assistant. Serving under Dr. Lenny Favara, Coach Ouren assisted with the varsity and reserve programs and recruiting. During the 2009-2010 season, Coach Ouren was promoted to Associate Head Coach and was later named the Head Coach in the spring of 2010. Coach Ouren holds a USSF "C" license and NSCAA National and Advanced licenses.
As a former player (2003-2007), Coach Ouren was a four-year starter and team captain (2006-2007. He received MCAC and NCCAA regional honors in addition to helping guide the 2004 and 2006 teams to the conference tournament and the 2005 team to the NCCAA Regional Tournament. Both were firsts for the program as a member of the NCCAA and NAIA.
Coach Ouren has served as the Director of Coaches for the McPherson Strikers 2008-2011 and coached numerous teams within the Strikers organization. Coach Ouren has also directed coaching clinics and camps for the McPherson Community while assisting in a number of summer camps throughout the midwest.
Coach Ouren serves as the 7th head coach in the program's 46-year history.

Dr. Lenny Favara has been with the Tiger program since its inception in the NAIA. He has served as an assistant coach (2000-2006 and 2010-present) and head coach (2007-2009). As a head coach, Dr. Favara was honored with the 2009 Coach of Character award and helped further establish the credibility of the program through various accomplishments and awards including: Buffalo Five Star Champion of Character Team (2008-2009), MCAC Jerry Watson Award (2007-2008 & 2008-2009), 12 All Scholar Athletes, 4 First Team All-Conference, 4 Second Team All-Conference, 1 Honorable Mention, 7 First Team All-Region, and 6 Second Team All-Region players. Coach Favara primarily works with the Reserve program, while also assisting in various roles throughout the season.

Coach Johnson joined the coaching staff in 2009. He serves as the lead assistant for the program assisting in all aspects of the program. Through the Reserve program, Coach Johnson has continued to develop players' technical, tactical, physical and psychological attributes, thus guiding them to success within the Varsity program. Coach Johnson holds a Junior Level VI Diploma from the NSCAA.
As a player, Coach Johnson was a four-year starter for the Tiger program (2005-2008). During his time on the field, he helped elevate the status of Central soccer. He was a part of the 2006 team that went to the MCAC Conference Tournament and later led the team, as captain, to a 2008 NCCAA regional tournament berth. In the spring of 2009, he helped the program gain national attention as he was the recipient of the 2009 NAIA Dr. Leroy Walker National Champion of Character Award. The award, one of the most prestigious honors given to a student-athlete in the NAIA, recognizes excellence in athletics and academics and commitment to the "Champions of Character" program's five core values of "integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship and servant leadership."
