The CCC volleyball team is heading back to Nebraska today for a conference match up with York College. York currently sits at 3-14 on the season, and 1-4 in the MCAC. They are in 8th place right behind Central Baptist. Tonight's match will be the second time this season that the Panthers and Tigers have played each other this season. The first match took place here at home on September 14. In that match, the Panthers swept the Tigers in three sets 25-8, 25-18, 25-23.

Since that first meeting, the Tigers have made some changes to their lineup and their court formation. Subsequently the Tigers have been playing much better volleyball. This time around the match should be much more competitive.

Statistically, the Panthers have 657 kills on the season averaging just over 9.5 kills per set while the Tigers have 340 kills, averaging 6.18 kills per set. Individually, the Panthers are led offensively by #2 Kenzie Witt. Witt is averaging 8 kills per match with a total of 136 kills on the season. The Tigers are led by Angela Jamison who is averaging 6.29 kills per match with a total of 107 for the season.

The Panthers are looking to snap a 6 game losing streak while the Tigers are hoping for an upset and their first conference win of the year. Game time is set for 7:00 pm
