McPherson, KS - May 28, 2012 - Kylee Cyr, a 5'5" senior guard from Miltonvale, Kansas, has decided to continue playing basketball at the collegiate level for the Central Christian College Tigers. Cyr is a four year letter winner at Miltonvale Senior High School for head coach Curt Parry. She was a mainstay for the Warrior program and was named to the All-League team for her abilities on the hardwood.

CCC's Coach Lancaster believes Cyr will be a great addition to the Tiger program saying,

"Kylee is a quick guard who can handle the ball well and has the ability to hit from the outside. Kyleewill bring some much neededquickness and depth to our backcourt."

In addition to being an exception basketball player, Cyr also stands out on the academic side of things. She was inducted in the 2011-2012 National Honor Society, was a 2012 KU National Honor Student, and a 2012 Governor Scholar Award recipient.

Kylee is the daughter of Larry and Glenda Cyr of Miltonvale, Kansas. She plans on pursuing a Pre Physical Therapy degree while attending CCC. She will join her new teammates in August when the new freshman report to campus.
