Junior center Chris Jones was named last week's NCCAA Player of the Week. This is a national honor for Jones. He was selected out of all the NCCAA Division 1 players nominated last week.
In last week's action, Chris helped the Tigers to two key MCAC victories at home. In those games, he averaged 19.5 points and 10/5 rebounds per game. He also had 5 blocks, 1 assist, and 2 steals. He shot 73.9% from the floor and was 5 of 9 from the free throw line.
