Coach Burrill commented on the loss saying, "Today we came out pretty strong against a very big, skilled York team. Our serve receive was really working well the first two sets and we were in the game. Freshman Sammi Dahl really stepped up her serve receive and sophomore Micah Rivera chipped in 5 digs on a good defensive effort. We are growing and getting better every day and we're going to keep working hard."

The loss drops the Tigers to 6-8 on the season. They are off until Friday when they play College of St. Mary at home beginning at 7:00 pm.
