After losing their last two games, the CCC men's soccer team bounced back with a 3-0 shutout on the road against Hillsdale Baptist College. The Tigers dominated the time of possession through out the game and took a 1-0 lead going into the intermission on a goal from Gunnar Kelly with the assist going to Josh Nuckols.

In the second half the Tigers kept up the pressure and found the net twice more. The second goal was scored by junior transfer Kenneth Cann off an assist by Ivory Washington. Washington found himself on the receiving end of a nice pass from Eric Murrillo to score the games' final goal.

Coach Ouren was pleased with the way his team bounced back saying, "I was very pleased with our performance today. We found a rhythm and established a tempo very early in the game and never let up. It is always nice to get back into the win column as well."Ouren also lauded the play of junior goal keeper Alex Akrawi who recorded his second shutout of the season and came up with 3 saves in the process.

The Tigers are now 4-2 on the season. They get back to action at home next Tuesday against Southwestern College.
