CCC men's soccer coach Cole Ouren announces the signing of Benjamin Hartzell. Hartzell is a 5'10" 145 lb senior from Midwest City High School in Midwest City, OK. Ben is the son of Douglas and Karen Harzell and is the fourth of their children to attend Central. Ben's older brother and two older sisters have all attended Central as well. Brother Nathan was a 4 year player for the Tigers and graduated in 2009. Sister Caitlin played 4 years for the Lady Tigers graduating in 2010. Sister Ciane is currently and student manager for the women's soccer team.

Coach Ouren is excited about Ben joining the Tiger program saying, "The signing of Ben is an exciting step for our program. He is the brother of Nathan Hatzell (c'09) a key member in the rebuilding of our program and Catlin Hartzell (c.'10). Having Ben join our program illustrates the direction our program is desiring to go. Moreover, anytime you have additional family members attend an institution and want to be a part of their athletic programs, it is a sign of good things to come. Ben is a keeper with raw talent. Given patience and time, the coaching staff feels that Ben will be able to develop into a leader as well as a top keeper for our program."
